American University is the second full-length politically-charged solo concept album by Los Angeles rock 'n' roll singer/guitarist/songwriter John Dissed. The centerpiece of the album is John F. Kennedy's 1963 "peace speech" where JFK advocated for ending the Cold War. The album's ten songs lyrically explore various theories and motives for the late president's assassination, based on years of research.
